Free Program Helps People With Parkinsons

The Laguna Niguel Family YMCA has been a partner with Orange County community-based organization, Parkinson’s Exercise Program 4 You (PEP4U), for a few years now, hosting classes in the group exercise room that are specifically designed to benefit those with Parkinson’s Disease. Gaining in popularity because of the benefits that participants are seeing, the program was recently featured on ABC 7’s Socal Strong segment.
