Active Older Adults

The Y is committed to providing health and wellness opportunities to everyone, at every stage of life. Our Huntington Beach gym offers aqua exercise, yoga, stretching and toning classes, Pickleball, volunteer opportunities, and social events. These programs are designed for older adults and promote fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and connection. Our volunteer opportunities also help build lasting relationships, community ties and provide an environment for giving back and making an impact.


KidZone at the Y is where kids go to have fun while their parents work out at our Huntington Beach gym. This courtesy care is free with a family membership and KidZone is located inside our Health & Wellness Center so your kids stay close. Kids can do crafts, play games, learn about science, and just have fun while their parents get fit!

KidZone is currently available for the following ages and times:
6 weeks – 11 years: 90 minutes per child

Child & Youth Development

The YMCA Child & Youth Development Program provides opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive as they make their way from K-8th grade in a before school and after school setting.

Personal Training

No matter your health, fitness, or wellness goals, the YMCA’s personal and small group training programs can provide you the support and motivation you need to reach them. Each trainer at the YMCA has a commitment to you and a passion for our mission to help our community thrive. Nutrition Programs

We recognize that ‘one-size-fits-all’ nutrition advice often fails to optimize health. The good news is the solution exists and the even better news is the YMCA can provide it to you. Our new Nutrition Counseling Programs provide individualized nutrition plans using your body’s metrics, your goals, and your lifestyle. At the Y, our Dietitian will support, educate, and help you reach your fitness and health goals. One on One consultations, accountability, support and personal attention all according to your personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan designed just for you.

Adventure Guides

The Adventure Guides program provides opportunities for families to engage in activities that promote nature, family, fun, and community. Join a father/daughter or father/son program today!
