Are you ready to go for gold this summer? Summer Camp at the YMCA is a fun, action-packed adventure filled with sports, outdoor activities, field trips, and specialty clubs – located right on school campus!

Off site activities may include field trips to Glow Zone, Soak City, Aquarium of the Pacific, Medieval Times, Knott’s Berry Farm, Whale Watching, Bowling and the Beach.  *Activities and field trips vary by location.

Weekly Themes

In honor of the 2020 Olympic Games, each week of camp will have an Olympics theme that promotes character development for our young campers. Weekly themes include:

The Y Games

All YMCA sites from your district will come together to showcase their best skills! There will be competitions in sports, art and more! Contact your site for your Y Games date!

Service Learning

YMCA Pen Pals! Since the Olympics are all about bringing nations together, we will be writing letters and connecting with friends at YMCAs all around the nation and the world!

Teen Club

Older kids experience the world differently, and our Teen program (offered at middle school locations) has been designed to meet those needs with twice as many field trips and activities to keep them active.

Financial Assistance

The YMCA is proud of its heritage and commitment to make its character-building, family enriching programs available to everyone in the communities we serve. Annually, we receive support from hundreds of members, community leaders, and businesses who believe in our purpose and contribute generously to our Annual Campaign, investing in youth and families. Funds are distributed to families with a financial need in our community.
