Losing weight is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. The Y is here to help with the Lose to Win Weight Loss Program!
Create your own healthy behaviors in a small group setting. This yearlong support can supply you with information on nutrition, stress management and overcoming everyday challenges.
• 12 weekly one-hour sessions
• 9 monthly follow-up sessions
• Personalized wellness plan
• Support from nutrition professionals
• Ongoing access to Y wellness coaches
Groups are limited to 14 people.
The YMCA KidZone is where kids go to have fun while their parents work out. This courtesy service is FREE with family membership and is located inside our health & wellness fitness facilities so you’re kids stay close. Kids will do crafts, play games, learn and have fun while you get fit!
Date night gives you an opportunity to drop off your children (ages 3 to 12) for an evening of fun activities while you enjoy a night out. We celebrate different themes each month like Rock Stars and Divas, Dr. Seuss, Lego Parties and more! Children will get to enjoy fun themes along with crafts and games. Dinner and a movie will also be provided. Please contact the membership desk for registration.
Specialty Camps are 1/2 day and offer youth (ages 3-12) the opportunity to enjoy summer learning new things and doing activities they love! We offer:
