This is Stephanie’s dad, Bernardino Garcia. One of the reasons why my family and I signed up at the YMCA was for me to lower my high cholesterol level. At that time cholesterol level was 240. I started of trying different classes, but the one that I liked the most was boot camp. Yesterday I went to the doctor’s for my regular physical check up and my results surprised me. My doctor told me that my cholesterol has gone down to 190, and not only that, my other results came out excellent (liver, kidneys, glucose, etc, etc……). I would like to thank you for the scholarship that we got, the great classes and the instructors that you have: Josh, Kelly, Ambia, Gina, and Cindy. Even though my results came out well I will keep on going to the YMCA.
